As is their wont to do, demons often enjoy in the sin of fornication. As is wont to happen when fornication occurs, sometimes the sin results in the existence of little demonlets. Arcadio is one of these.

Spending his formative years in Hell, Arcadio witnessed all manner of torture, sin, and torment before he'd even matured. Growing up in such conditions desensitized him, and acquaintanceship with older demons, their bureaucracy, and their backstabbing led him to rethink the whole "slavishly obeying a Side" thing. At an early age he became quite convinced that Hell, its protocol, and its politics were completely worthless and ultimately futile. Unable to opt out entirely, he laid low, made his way dirtside, and set up the most discrete way of encouraging sin he could think of.

Paraphiladelphia Pictures, his adult film company, is notable for two things: its high turnout rate of new films and its owner's zeal for the medium of film. Not content to produce mainstream pornography, Arcadio plans his films meticulously and executes them artistically (some critics and viewers say too much so). A self-described workaholic, he has been known to go on filmmaking benders that may last for days.
